After two months and around 6,000 miles, I’ve made my way back to Alaska. I’m all recharged and just about ready to get back on the grind, but I figured I’d take one last post to retrospect on the trip a bit. It really is crazy to me how quickly it all flew by, but I guess that’s how time off goes.

While I was driving through Carcross, I hit a sort of lonely section with no cell/data/radio in the area but managed to hear one song on the radio. That song was Jon Fogerty’s Blue Moon Nights and it was just absolutely perfect timing. I ended up doing a cover of it with my dad when I got down to Texas, and wanted to share that in my recap here so I used it as the music for a video with all the pictures I’ve shared before. I know slideshows can be kind of silly, but it’s a lot easier for me to watch a two and a half minute video with music over it than it is to roll through old posts or cellphone pictures.
